Return & Exchanges What is your return policy?
- Most unopen items sold by Kaiser Permanente Online Store in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Please note that the cost of each return by mail will be charged. Some items sold by Kaiser Permanente Online Store have a modified return policy if the product is opened or is a personal item. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. This policy does not apply to Cosmetic products. All cosmetic products are final sale and non-refundable.
